- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ By Claudia RomingerJuly 08, 2022I had a very small bingle about a month ago and have been trying to contact Shannon's as I really need to speak to someone to complete my claim but I simply CANNOT get through any time I call 13 number and there seems to be NO other way than to wait for 45mins to speak to somebody. Who has 45mins to sit and wait on hold. It's ridiculous. I hope the other party has been able to get their car fixed.
